Cancellation & Refunds

If you are not entirely satisfied with your service, we’re here to help.

Cancellation
You have 15 calendar days to cancel an item from the date of Payment.
To be eligible for a cancellation, the cancellation policy should of the product or service should met up.
Your service needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Sale items
Sale items can be refunded. Each product and services may have their own refund policies which will be applicable while refund application process.

Refunds
Once we receive your cancellation request, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your cancellation request. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Refunds can be made directly to the bank account or by cheque also.
